Bodyfitt is resistance training for your entire body. An all over workout that is great for weight loss, strength, and overall body sculpting.

Pilates

For those who may not know, Pilates is intense core training that follows principles originally set out by Joseph Pilates. It improves core strength to minimize back pain, realigns the spine and creates health in the joints.

Spin

Spin is an intense work-out done on special stationary bikes that increases cardiovascular endurance. Each rider can adjust the bike tension to suit his/her fitness level and can add intensity as they become stronger. You will also simulate hilly, flat rides, pedal at different speeds and perform intervals of standing and sitting. A great fat burner and endorphin releaser!

Yogafitt

Yogafitt incorporates traditional yoga positions revolving around deep tissue and ligament stretching. It trains the mind to unwind, trains the body to relax and increases the overall feeling of well-being.

Hotyogafitt

Similar to Yogafitt, this dynamic systematic routine of 26 hatha yoga poses is done in a heated environment at 96.7 degree body temperature. It improves your metabolism and flexibility, detoxifies the body, and strengthens all of your muscles and joints from the bones to the skin.
